TCIS is committed to Health and Safety Excellence in our workplace. Our Certified Health and Safety Program is audited through the Alberta Construction Safety Association Audit Protocol and we maintain a Certificate of Recognition (COR) through the Alberta Government Partnership in Injury Reduction. Our commitment is further demonstrated through a variety of workplace Health and safety initiatives, including a Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee, a Disability Management Program,  and a Safety Rewards Program.

QUALIFIED WORKFORCE

We employ a qualified and experienced workforce which includes Journeymen and Apprentice Power Linemen.  Our employees maintain certification in WHMIS, Ground Disturbance, Standard First Aid, Confined Space Entry and Rescue, as well as specialized training in other initiatives. Furthermore, we are certified to HydroVac in the Vicinity of Energized Underground Primary Cables Utilizing Equal Potential Bonding Methods.
